MY MOM'S 10 COMMANDMENTS

I used to wish that I have a different mother but then again I can’t choose my parents, they are given to me for a life for a reason. All I can do is accepted them the way they are.

My relation with my mom just likes other mother daughter relationship, full of bittersweet which goes through numerous ups and downs in life and in the end, still turns out to be the most intimate of all the other relations I had.

My mom has unique and unconventional way to teach us the truth about love and life in early age. She likes to do repetition of the words that somehow it just sticks in your brain like a broken record that you can’t switch off.

During those years, it was hard for me as child to understand what she has been talking about, however somehow along the way when I was getting older, I’m started understand those words perfectly and clearly.

Most of the words that mom said about love and life are still up to date until now. And from so many words of wisdom that she unintentionally planned in my mind, here are my mom famous 10 commandments:

1. Don’t mind what other people think about you, the most important thing what
do you think about yourself and who do you want to become

2. Do make only one mistake and learns from it because more than one either
you’re naive or just simply stupid

3. Keep your opinions to yourself unless you have been ask and the person, who
asks you can handle the truth if it’s not keep your mouth shut

4. The happiness lies within yourself and it’s not depend on others

5. Nothing is personal in this world besides your mind, body and soul

6. Treat others the way you want to be treated

7. Don’t shit where you eat

8. Always prepared for the worst thing to come

9. The opposite of love is not hate, but it’s apathy

10. Don’t get mad, that just drains the life out of you, get even instead

I think I should thanks my mom for all the things that she’s done for me, taught me the meaning of love and life in early age and keep me well grounded with reality of life.

Thanks mom, you’re the best!!!!! I love you =)
